Today, the Wall Street Journal marked their 125th anniversary with a special section inviting today’s most influential leaders to provide their perspectives on what the future holds. Among those included was MasterCard’s president and CEO Ajay Banga who provided his view of the “future of money” as a driver of greater equality and inclusion.
“The future of money won’t be about cash or the form it takes,” wrote Banga. “The future of money and commerce will be about breaking down barriers and increasing access for more people across both geographies and incomes.”
