As part of MasterCard’s Worldwide Communications function, Douglass leads a Thought Leadership Communications team that works across the company and across the globe to help articulate and advance MasterCard’s vision of A World Beyond Cash.

Douglass brings 20+ years of experience working in political and policy communications in Washington, D.C. for lawmakers in the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate as well as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Immediately prior to joining MasterCard, Douglass served as Senior Advisor and Speechwriter to then-U.S. Senator Olympia J. Snowe of Maine.

Douglass earned a dual Degree in English and History from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
