PURCHASE, N.Y.– November 20, 2012 – MasterCard (NYSE: MA) and FiftyOne Global Ecommerce today announced a partnership that will provide exclusive online shopping offers from top U.S. merchants to MasterCard cardholders outside the United States, just in time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. International MasterCard cardholders will now have an easy way to find and redeem great deals and complete orders using local currency – without worrying about currency conversions and delays. Purchases arrive at their homes with no incremental fees.
Going live on Thanksgiving Day, the collaboration between MasterCard and FiftyOne enables America’s top retailers to provide millions of consumers with exclusive offers tailored to their local market. MasterCard is working with its customers, as well as leveraging its web properties – including Priceless Cities and MasterCard MarketPlace – and social channels to promote these offers. Consumers will have access to a redemption code which is simply entered at checkout in order to redeem the designated offer.

To help with MasterCard cardholders’ holiday shopping, consumers can use code MC51 when paying with their MasterCard card to take advantage of exclusive offers such as free and discounted shipping, exclusive prices up to 30% off, and free duties and returns from many top U.S. brands, including: Aéropostale, Barneys New York, Bloomingdale’s, Chef’s Catalog, Eileen Fisher, Fathead, Garnet Hill, Gilt Groupe, Guitar Center, J.Crew, Jos A.
