Executive Vice President, Core Products, Asia Pacific, Mastercard
Julienne Loh is Executive Vice President of Core Products, Asia Pacific. In this role, she oversees the development and management of the company’s Consumer and Commercial Payments Solutions for Asia Pacific, with a focus on creating sustainable competitive differentiation for Mastercard and its customers. In addition, she also oversees Mastercard Payment Gateway business and the current build of the region’s Real-Time Payments Hub.
Prior to this, she has also held various leadership roles in the Global Products & Solutions, including leading the consumer credit product in Asia where she saw the launches of key affluent programs including Asia Pacific’s first affluent women consumer program. She was also the Country Manager for Singapore, where she led in all aspects of driving Mastercard’s business, including building closer alliances with non-financial institutions and government agencies. She and her team were instrumental in launching the first open loop transit prepaid program in 2009.
Julienne has been with Mastercard since 2005, with over 20 years of professional experience in business, marketing and financial sectors in Singapore. A member of the Women’s Leadership Network at Mastercard, she also serves as vice-chairperson in Junior Achievement Singapore, the world’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to promoting financial literacy in young people.
Julienne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts in Marketing, from the University of Westminster, London.
