Donatienne Douriez est responsable de la Communication pour MasterCard France depuis 2009. Basée à Paris, Donatienne a la responsabilité d’élaborer le Plan de communication pour la France. Dans sa mise en œuvre, Donatienne est en charge des relations presse et publiques, du soutien aux problématiques réglementaires et affaires publiques, des relations et de l’activation des media sociaux ainsi que de la communication interne.
Avant de rejoindre MasterCard, Donatienne a été responsable de la communication interne et de la stratégie digitale d’Europay France après des fonctions de service clientèle et assistanat de direction au sein du département Développement marketing et commercial.
Dans ses postes précédents, Donatienne a occupé des postes à dominante commerciale, relations publiques ou publicité dans la téléphonie mobile, l’informatique, la presse gratuite et la presse culturelle.
