Johannesburg, South Africa – 15 April 2018: Mastercard has been recognised as South Africa’s top employer brand in the financial services sector at the recent South Africa Best Employer Brand Awards 2019. Organised by the Employer Branding Institute (EBI), the awards honour top companies in South Africa that are exemplary in their Human Resources efforts, and have a reputation of being a great place to work.
Based on intensive research and recommendations, the EBI advisory board evaluates brands across sectors according to several criteria including Corporate Social Responsibility, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement among others.
