Mastercard Teams Up With Kai Shing for Safe, Secure and Hassle-Free Digital Payment Method For Management Fee

Property owners in housing estates managed by Kai Shing can now pay their management fees with Mastercard cards via the “Live e-asy” app

Mastercard today announced its partnership with Kai Shing Management Services Limited (Kai Shing), a member of Sun Hung Kai Properties, to roll out a new safe, secure and convenient way for property owners in more than 100 housing estates with over 100,000 property flats managed by Kai Shing to pay for their management fees – via Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid cards on the “Live e-asy” app, Kai Shing’s tailor-made integrated app for residential properties.

Starting today, “Live e-asy” app users can pay their management fees on time by binding their Mastercard cards to the app, reducing administrative time and eliminating the cost of paying by cheque or transfer. As well as leveraging Mastercard’s fast, secure and reliable global network with robust, multi-layered protection, property owners can also view their past payment records in the app as well as receive other privileges and offers from Kai Shing.

Using Mastercard cards to pay via “Live e-asy”

The payment journey via “Live e-asy” is easy and seamless:

  • Open the “Live e-asy” app to view outstanding balance shown in the “My Management Fee Status” section.
  • To pay via credit, debit or prepaid cards, property owners need to add their Mastercard cards and set them as default in the “My Wallet” section.
  • Property owners can then use the cards in their wallet to clear their outstanding management fees.
  • Property owners can also preset the card via the app to “Enable Autopay” for more convenient payment, a feature that can be disabled at any time.
  • A push notification will be sent upon successful payment.

From October 12, 2021 to December 31, 2021, eligible property owners can receive 12,500 points of integrated loyalty program “The Point by SHKP,” which can be used to redeem shopping coupons or other rewards via the “SHKP Malls” app at 23 Sun Hung Kai Properties malls after their first-time management fee payment via Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid cards. App users simply need to download the “SHKP Malls” app and link it with “Live e-asy” to enjoy the benefits.
