CCB (Asia) x Mastercard Launch the First “Pet Living Virtual Credit Card” Specially Designed for Hong Kong’s Animal Lovers

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“CCB(Asia)”) has partnered with Mastercard to launch the innovative "Pet Living Virtual Credit Card” which offers animal lovers a range of exciting spending privileges with a unique and seamless digital payment experience.

Customers can apply for the “Pet Living Virtual Credit Card” via CCB(Asia) Mobile Banking to obtain instant approval at any time. Once approved, the virtual card will be ready to use for online purchases, as well as mobile payments after the card is added to a mobile wallet. New customers who successfully apply for the “Pet Living Virtual Credit Card” and fulfil the spending requirement will receive a welcome gift valued at HK$500 as well as a number of privileges.

When spending at pet stores and veterinary clinics with the “Pet Living Virtual Credit Card,” customers can earn a four percent cash rebate (maximum HK$200 per month), and enjoy an exclusive 0.17 percent monthly flat rate spending installment plan (the Lowest Annualized Percentage Rate is 3.55 percent) with up to a 60-month repayment period. In addition, exclusive discounts and offers are provided by selected partner merchants, including a 26 percent discount on OneDegree pet insurance, 12 percent off at Lego Pet & Love Pet Station and up to 50 percent off for a trial offer from Private i Pets.
