Jennifer Erickson is the executive vice president of Communications at Mastercard and a member of the company's Management Committee. She is passionate about using innovative and authentic people-centric storytelling to advance the company's objectives.
Across the globe, her team activates a multi-platform approach to protect and enhance the company's reputation, highlight Mastercard's differentiated products and services, and inspire its 30,000-plus employees.
Jennifer joined Mastercard in 2019 from General Electric, where she served as chief communications officer, playing a pivotal role in leading the communications function while also protecting and enhancing the company's reputation through a period of significant transformation.
Prior to GE, she spent more than 15 years at Motorola, serving as vice president of global communications before being elevated to chief communications officer for Motorola Mobility when its consumer and professional businesses were split into two companies.
Throughout her 20-plus year career, Jennifer has demonstrated a proven track record in developing and executing large-scale, business-building public relations strategies and critical crisis management programs.
Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Roosevelt University.
