Tiffany Wan is executive vice president, strategy, corporate development and M&A and member of the Company's management committee.  She joined Mastercard in January 2023 as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy. Tiffany and her team develop the company’s strategy to support its growth. As part of this role, she collaborates and advises Mastercard’s executives and business leaders to help shape the future of the company.

Tiffany joined Mastercard from Bank of America where she was the Head of Product Strategy for the Global Transaction Services business. In this role, she was responsible for developing initiatives to both deliver out-sized growth and drive cost efficiencies across a portfolio of payments, receivables, and financing products for small, mid-size, and global corporates.

Prior to Bank of America, Tiffany worked at JP Morgan Chase in both their Corporate Strategy team and within their Payments (treasury management and merchant services) business.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany was in management with Deloitte Consulting where she worked with both public and private sector entities.

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Yale University and a Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
