Caroline Niven is Vice President, Reputation Communications at Mastercard. She is responsible for delivering external communications initiatives that support the corporate reputation of the company, including brand marketing, corporate culture, public-private partnerships and issues management. She also leads communications activity for financial inclusion, supporting the company’s vision for Strategic Growth and the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth. Prior to her current role she was Head of Public Relations for British Airways, Americas, managing brand communications for the airline across the region.
