Jordan McKee is a Senior Analyst on 451 Research's Enterprise Mobility team. His research examines the impact of mobility on the constituent components of the payments value chain. His key research areas include mobile point of sale (mPoS), mobile payment platforms, mobile customer engagement, emerging payment technologies (e.g., BLE, NFC, EMV) and virtual currencies.
Jordan joined 451 Research with the company's acquisition of mobile research firm Yankee Group in 2013. Before Yankee Group, Jordan served as a research analyst at OnProcess Technology, performing statistical analysis and process improvement for leading technology and communications companies in the areas of reverse logistics, service supply chain optimization and customer experience management.
Jordan has been quoted in a number of top publications including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Businessweek, American Banker, CIO, Computer World and Boston Globe. He is a regular speaker at client and industry events and has delivered keynotes and moderated panels at The First Data Leadership Summit, Apps World North America, Financial Mobility Summit and ETA TRANSACT 2014. Additionally, Jordan is a judge for the SIIA CODiE Awards.
Jordan holds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing from Bryant University.
