Samira Boudiab is Vice President, Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Information Officer at Mastercard.
Based in Mastercard’s St. Louis office, Ms. Boudiab serves as the primary liaison for Operations & Technology across the company on strategic projects, business planning and reporting; leads the development of department strategy and objectives, serves as the global lead for Mastercard’s Women in Technology effort, and partners with teams across Mastercard to ensure alignment of corporate and business unit processes and tools to support the company’s strategy and objectives.
Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Boudiab was on an 18 months international assignment with Mastercard’s processing line of business, leading the technology integration of an acquired entity in Istanbul, Turkey.
Since joining Mastercard in 2006, Ms. Boudiab has held several technology leadership positions in Mastercard’s Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. During her time in the Mastercard Dubai office, she was responsible for Network and Data Center Engineering, which included supporting the technology that connects customers, merchants, governments and other key stakeholders across the region. She led the flawless execution of many large regional projects within MEA, including one that focused on improving network performance and resiliency across the region. In addition, Ms. Boudiab was a key contributor in re-engineering and developing major processes/solutions to improve the customer onboarding experience.
Ms. Boudiab earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.
