Executive Vice President, Retail and Commerce, Mastercard
Susan Grossman is executive vice president, retail and commerce at Mastercard. Susan utilizes her deep expertise and understanding of retail and commerce organizations to develop value added services that address customer needs. As a vertical lead, Susan is focused on solving the business challenges of retail and commerce customers across travel and hospitality, retail, restaurants, media and other verticals, drawing on insights, analytics and other capabilities from across the company.
In Susan’s previous role, she focused on ensuring a smooth integration for the recently-acquired APT business, including continued business success, talent and customer retention and creating new opportunities. Prior to this, Susan was group head of media solutions, information services for Mastercard Advisors, where she was globally responsible for leading efforts to help advertisers, media properties and others in the advertising ecosystem improve media ROI by enabling greater insight into audiences and sales-focused campaign measurement.
Susan came to Mastercard with a background in data, analytics and software. She spent 18 years with Information Resources Inc., where she held a variety of analytic, sales and general management positions focusing on industry verticals including retailers, media consumer packaged goods and healthcare. She was responsible for building a software as a service analytics business leveraging proprietary data, models and technology to provide real-time, predictive business solutions for consumer packaged goods manufacturers. Prior to Information Resources Inc. she held a number of sales and marketing roles in retail and consumer packaged goods.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College.
