Susan serves as Vice President, Worldwide Communications, responsible for global internal communications and employee volunteerism. In 2014, she launched Girls4Tech, MasterCard’s signature curriculum for young girls around the world. She joined the company in 2011.
Prior to joining MasterCard, Susan held the position of Sr. Director, Corporate Communications for Time Warner Cable, where she was responsible for employee engagement and internal communications. In addition, she led Time Warner’s worldwide literacy program, Time To Read, and created two signature STEM curriculums for Time Warner Cable. Susan also held positions with Allied Domecq, World Wrestling Entertainment and UST.
Mastercard is leveraging its signature Girls4Tech education program to inspire the next generation of female technologists. Our goal is to shift and expand the mindset of what it means to be a woman in STEM.
