MasterCard is on a global hunt for Millennials with high hopes and big ideas for a cashless future. With #internswanted we’re asking college students around the world to compete for internships using social media. The program will be held in six countries starting with the U.S. and Canada followed by Turkey, Italy, Singapore and China for internships in emerging payments, technology, marketing, product management and issuer management. Why are we doing this? Because as a payments technology company, we consider Millennials key stakeholders who drive trends and approach business in new and unique ways. Engaging Millennials will help us continue to evolve into a global company that is multi-cultural and diverse, allowing us to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
