Avsar Gurdal
General Manager, Turkey & Azerbaijan

Avsar Gurdal is the General Manager looking after Turkey and Azerbaijan at Mastercard based in Istanbul Office.

Avsar joined Mastercard Advisors in 2015, and the following year he was appointed Customer Relations Director. Soon after in 2019 he came into his current position of Vice-President. In this position, he is responsible for conducting market management policies of Mastercard in Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Avsar started his career at Unilever and further progressed to work at Value Partners companies until he joined Mastercard Advisors.

Avsar graduated has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Istanbul’s Bogazici University, and he has also received an MBA degree from Koc University.
