Michael Miebach is chief executive officer of Mastercard and a member of the company’s board of directors.
He is leading the company into a more digital world where the continued application of new technologies will further enable payments to become more seamless in the overall purchasing experience, while bolstering cyber services and data-powered insights.
Over the past five years, first as chief product officer and then president, Michael was critical to setting the strategy that transformed the company’s offerings from a consumer card-centric business to a platform supporting choice in how businesses, people and governments make payments. This strategy, combined with the company’s customer focus, helped Mastercard evolve and diversify into new areas including real-time payments, open banking, digital identity and other value-added services.
His collaborative approach creates scalable and trusted solutions for the exchange of payments and data and can be seen in his leadership of the acquisitions of Vocalink, Finicity and the corporate services business of Nets – each expanding Mastercard’s range of payment flows.
Michael joined Mastercard in 2010 to lead its Middle East and Africa operations, where he helped shape and advance the company’s financial inclusion efforts with targeted solutions for governments and their citizens across the region. Earlier in his career, Michael held senior roles at both Barclays Bank and Citibank.
He is a member of the digital advisory council of Fannie Mae, which makes sustainable homeownership and workforce rental housing a reality for millions of Americans, and a member of the board of directors for the nonprofit Accion, which gives people across the world the financial tools and services they need to prosper.
Michael is also a board member at large for the Ronald McDonald House New York City, a charity that offers vital resources and compassionate care to children and their families being treated by the world’s leading pediatric cancer hospitals.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Passau in Germany.
Ajay Banga is executive chairman of the board of directors of Mastercard. He moved into this role following 11 years as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
Ajay is also chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce and is an independent director of Exor, where he serves as chair of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance committee. He has previously served on the boards of Kraft Foods and Dow Inc. Ajay is a member of the Trilateral Commission, a founding trustee of the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum, a former member of the National Committee on United States-China Relations and chairman emeritus of the American India Foundation.
He is a co-founder of The Cyber Readiness Institute, vice chair of the Economic Club of New York, a member of the World Economic Forum’s EDISON Alliance, and served as a member of President Obama’s Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity. He is a past member of the U.S. President’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations.
Ajay is a member of the Weill Cornell Medicine board of fellows. He has also served on the board of governors of the American Red Cross, as well as the boards for the Asia Society, the New York Hall of Science and the National Urban League, among others.
He was awarded the Padma Shri Award by the President of India in 2016, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 2019 and the Business Council for International Understanding’s Global Leadership Award. He is a fellow of the Foreign Policy Association and was awarded the Foreign Policy Association Medal in 2012.
Ajay began his career at Nestlé, India, where for 13 years he worked on assignments spanning sales, marketing and general management. He also spent two years with PepsiCo before joining Citigroup, where he rose to the role of chief executive officer of Citigroup Asia Pacific.
Ajay Bhalla is president of cyber and intelligence solutions for Mastercard. He leads the team that develops product solutions to ensure the safety, security and experience of our products and solutions for consumers, merchants, partners and governments around the world. Ajay serves on the company's management committee.
Prior to this role, Ajay was president of the Digital Payment Services business for Mastercard. He led the development and growth of the business in e-commerce and innovative payments processing establishing Mastercard as a pioneer and leader in many markets in this space. Previously, Ajay was president of Mastercard for South Asia and Southeast Asia, where he led the business in 18 markets. During his tenure, Mastercard became a market leader in many markets/segments and grew our business multifold launching several innovative payments solutions.
Before joining Mastercard, Ajay held key leadership positions at HSBC and Xerox.
Ajay has a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and a master's degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai. He is a CEME Senior Fellow at The Fletcher School, Tufts University. He also is a MIT Connection Science Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Andrea Scerch leads Mastercard’s global Consumer Products and Processing team. In this role, he oversees the company’s consumer credit, debit and prepaid products, delivering people an easier, more secure and more efficient way to make everyday purchases.
Andrea also has responsibility for a central group of processing assets, including Payment Gateway Services, enabling merchants to accept digital payments across multiple channels and markets; Payment Transaction Services, the technology helping issuers and acquirers process payments; and Prepaid Management Services, an end-to-end prepaid program manager. He sits on the company’s management committee.
Prior to this role, Andrea led Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, where he was instrumental in transforming the business into a successful global business with a strong growth trajectory. In this capacity, he also spearheaded the integration of multiple businesses, including Transaction Network Services, which was acquired in 2014.
Andrea joined Mastercard in 2005 as the head of strategy for Europe before assuming the role of division president for Central Europe markets (Italy, Alpine, Greece and Germany). Under his leadership, the company strengthened its position across the region, achieved strong growth and successfully deployed new payment technology in the markets.
Before joining Mastercard, Andrea was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company in Italy, where he worked with large, pan-European retail banks leading strategic projects on key business topics. Earlier in his career, Andrea was a financial analyst with Consob, Capital Markets Divisions in Milan, and a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Rome, Italy.
Andrea holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and has a degree in Economics and Business Administration, from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
In her role as vice chairman, Ann represents Mastercard around the world, focusing on inclusion, diversity and innovation. She plays the important role of senior ambassador and executive leader with a global remit and serves on the company’s management committee.
Prior to her appointment, Ann was president of International Markets responsible for the management of all customer-related activities in over 200 countries around the world. In this role, she focused on building sustainable, strong growth rates across both mature and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Mastercard in August 2011, Ann was head of the Financial Services Group with Alvarez & Marsal in London, where she led the European team managing Lehman Brothers Holdings International through the Chapter 11 process. In addition she helped restructure banks across Europe including Ireland & Iceland.
Ann has also held senior positions within many global organizations including a tenure as CEO, Transaction Banking at ABN-AMRO, and 15 years in senior operational positions at Citigroup.
Ann sits on the board of the Fortune 500 company Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and is chair of ICE Clear Europe.
A Pure Mathematics degree from Sheffield University and a M.Sc. with research into medical statistics from Newcastle University resulted in an early career as an award-winning research engineer, culminating as the Head of Offshore Engineer-Planning for British Gas where Ann was the first woman qualified to go offshore in Britain.
In his capacity as Co-President for Asia Pacific at Mastercard, and a member of the Global Management Committee, Ari Sarker oversees all of the company’s activities in the region including business strategy and operations, product development, sales and marketing, and relationships with governments, regulators, banks and merchants. Ari is an active proponent of the company’s financial inclusion commitments, and an active champion of inclusive growth efforts across a number of Asia’s emerging economies. He also spearheads managing and identifying new equity investment opportunities designed to establish Mastercard as a natural partner of choice for firms in the dynamically evolving fintech landscape.
Ari has been with Mastercard since 2011 and has held an array of leadership roles across geographies. Prior to his current role, he helmed Mastercard’s business for South Asia, including India. He started his journey at Mastercard as Head of Network Processing for AP & MEA, in which capacity he actively advocated for the need to build an open payments market environment. In this role, Ari was instrumental in driving significant engagement and deepening the partnership models with domestic switch operators and regulators, thereby enabling a much more vibrant ecosystem overall.
Before joining Mastercard, Ari spent over 12 years with GE in a variety of senior roles in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and private equity across several key markets in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Ari holds a number of Board positions, including Independent Board Director with Airtel Payments Bank Limited in India, Advisory Board Member of the Singapore Management University Lee Kong Chian School of Business (SMU-LKCSB), and Board Member of the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC).
He is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University, a MBA from Cardiff University, and is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Blake Rosenthal is executive vice president of Acceptance Solutions for Mastercard. In this role, she is responsible for developing and driving the strategies, services and solutions that further the company’s role in the merchant and acceptance ecosystem worldwide. She also serves on the company’s management committee.
Previously at Mastercard, Blake led the global debit products organization. Prior to that role, she was responsible for global product management for consumer products, ensuring technology investments were strategically aligned with key business and market needs.
Before joining Mastercard, Blake was a senior account executive at Visa, where she was responsible for managing and growing the relationship of a top issuer. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Citi in a variety of leadership roles across the U.S. and international consumer banks.
She is on the steering committee of the 30% Club, a group of business leaders committed to advancing gender balance at all levels of their organizations through voluntary actions.
Blake is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications.
Carlo Enrico is president of Mastercard’s Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and a member of the company’s management committee. Carlo is responsible for leading Mastercard’s strategy and operations across 45 countries and territories, and driving transformational efforts across digital payments, financial and social inclusion, products and services.
After joining Mastercard in 2012, Carlo served in several senior roles. These include Division President for Central Eastern Europe and, most recently, Division President for Western Europe, where he was responsible for overseeing Mastercard operations in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
Prior to joining Mastercard in 2012, Carlo was CEO of BancoPosta, the financial services division of Italian postal services provider, Poste Italiane. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the financial industry, holding senior roles at Banco di Sicilia, Capitalia Group and Goldman Sachs. Carlo has extensive experience in leading large teams, managing a diverse customer base, and developing and integrating strategies that drive revenue.
Carlo graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
Carlos J. Menendez is president, Enterprise Partnerships. In this role, he is responsible for driving enterprise-wide partnership strategy and innovation in new industries, helping Mastercard to use its technology and data insights in new ways for a host of diverse retail, business and government partners. He is a member of the company’s management committee and also serves as the global relationship lead for HSBC and Western Union.
Carlos joined Mastercard in 2010 and was, most recently, executive vice president of global credit and debit product management, focused on developing a competitive differentiation globally while deploying solutions at the local market level.
Prior to joining Mastercard, he held a number of positions at Citigroup over a 14-year period, including chief operating officer for Western Europe. Prior to Citigroup, Carlos worked in brand management with Procter & Gamble and with a law office in Washington D.C.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
Craig Vosburg is chief product officer for Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
He leads an integrated product management and engineering organization, specifically designed to maximize the company’s customer-centric focus through an end-to-end approach to design and delivery. The team will innovate and scale the products and services that solve real-world problems and help shape the fabric of the modern global economy.
Included in the product organization are areas integral to growing Mastercard’s business and executing on opportunities in multi-rail, digital and B2B payments – consumer products, commercial products, acceptance solutions, real-time, account-to-account and push payments, processing, open banking and Mastercard Labs. This includes the legacy Mastercard products, as well as the expanded range of payment flows supported by Vocalink, Transactis, Finicity and other recent acquisitions.
Prior to assuming this role, he served as president of North America for Mastercard, overseeing the company's operations and customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada. Craig also previously led the company’s global card-based products offerings.
He originally joined Mastercard in 2006 as head of Mastercard Advisors in Southeast Asia, Greater China, and South Asia/Middle East/Africa. In 2008, he was named managing director of the Mastercard Advisors business in the U.S. and Canada. In 2010, Craig was named group executive, U.S. Market Development, responsible for managing and building relationships within the merchant and acquiring community.
Earlier in his career, Craig was a senior member of the Financial Services practices with Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, and was a vice president at CoreStates Financial Corporation.
Craig is a past David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City. He sits on the Board of Directors of the New York Botanical Garden and Sultana Education Foundation and the Board of Trustees of CancerCare. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
Dimitrios Dosis is President, Advisors Consulting & Information Services at Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
Dimitrios leads a global team focused on helping retail and banking customers solve pressing business issues with data-driven solutions. Mastercard’s anonymized and aggregated transaction insights, world-class analytic capabilities and embedded platforms with self-service predictive technology supplement the team’s industry-proven problem-solving skills. The team’s results-focused approach combined with leading-edge technologies and strong data assets deliver value to customers and create differentiation for the company.
Dimitrios has more than 20 years of experience in technology, transaction banking and management consulting. He joined Mastercard in 2005 from Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he was leading the transaction banking practice. Previously he worked for A.T. Kearney covering financial institutions business.
He holds an MBA and PhD from the European Business School as well as a Master of Economics from the University of Hagen.
Ed McLaughlin is president, Operations and Technology for Mastercard and a member of the company’s Management Committee. He oversees Mastercard’s technology functions, including the global network, processing platforms, global technology hubs, information security and technology operations.
Prior to this role, he was chief information officer responsible for the development efforts for products and services, implementing the IT digital roadmap and managing the development of Mastercard’s global tech hubs. Before that, he was chief emerging payments officer, leading the development of the company’s digital strategy, partnerships and platforms. He joined Mastercard in 2005 as head of bill payment and healthcare, and was named chief franchise development officer in 2008.
McLaughlin’s previous roles included serving as group vice president, Product and Strategy at Metavante, co-founder and CEO of Paytrust, and executive vice president of product and marketing at LogicWorks, Inc.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and in 2018 completed the AI: Implications for Business Strategy Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a member of the Harvard Kennedy Business School’s Council on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence, and attended the 2018 White House Summit on AI for American Industry.
Francis A. Hondal is president of Loyalty and Engagement Services at Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
Francis oversees Mastercard’s robust loyalty platforms and products as well as its agile, cross-collaboration implementation team focused on high-impact marketing programs and rapid product design services. The team delivers end-to-end solutions that provide contextual, digital-first experiences for today’s connected consumers and more valuable engagements for merchants and issuers.
With over 25 years of experience in consumer marketing, finance and management, Francis has spent her career in the payments and financial services industries. Prior to her current role, she served as Mastercard’s EVP of credit and loyalty solutions overseeing all aspects of product strategy and development globally. For Mastercard in Latin America and the Caribbean, she was responsible for the development, management and marketing of all products and solutions as well as Mastercard Advisors consulting services.
Before joining Mastercard in 2011, she launched a business development and marketing service firm after an 18-year career at American Express.
Francis is a first generation Cuban-American and has been named amongst Fortune’s Top 50 Most Powerful Latina Women in corporate America; ranking #19 in 2018 and #15 in 2017. She serves as a Board Member of FIU’s Chapman School of Business and was inducted to the College of Business Administration Hall of Fame in 2015; receiving the Global Leadership Award. In 2013, she received the International Business Woman of the Year Award by the Organization of Women in International Trade.
She has a Bachelor Degree in Finance and International Business and an MBA from Florida International University (FIU). Francis lives with her family in Miami.
Gilberto Caldart is president, International, for Mastercard. In this role he is responsible for the management of all markets and customer-related activities outside of North America and Canada. Gilberto is a member of the company’s management committee.
Prior to his appointment, Gilberto was president of the Latin America and Caribbean region, where he led efforts to place the company at the forefront of the payments industry in the region.
A passionate advocate of innovation, technology and the power of partnership Gilberto is focused on transforming the way people, governments and businesses buy and pay for things.
Before joining Mastercard, Gilberto spent 26 years at Citigroup in various leadership positions in Brazil and New York. Most notably, he led the Citi Consumer Business in Brazil (Retail Banking, Consumer Finance and Cards) for over six years.
During his time at Citigroup, Gilberto served on the boards of Credicard and Redecard, playing a critical role in the restructuring of the Credicard Group and on the Redecard IPO transformation.
Gilberto is a member of the Junior Achievement Americas Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He also has an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Greg Ulrich is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Mastercard and a member of the company's management committee.
Greg oversees a global team that is tasked with developing the company's strategy and identifying and driving key initiatives to support Mastercard's growth. In addition, Greg is responsible for corporate development – including M&A, venture, and minority investments – and the integration of the company's acquisitions. In these efforts, Greg is a key advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, helping to shape the future trajectory of the company.
Prior to assuming this role in May of 2020, Greg was responsible for guiding Mastercard's Data & Services strategy and innovation team. He had also served as the company's lead for Data & Services in North America.
Greg has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations use data and insights to develop innovative and practical solutions to challenging problems, maximizing shareholder value.
He originally joined Mastercard in 2015 when it acquired Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), a leading cloud-based analytics company. Greg guided the firm's CPG and Manufacturing vertical, having also served as the primary lead for its work in San Francisco, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining APT, Greg was a management consultant, initially with Marakon Associates before working with myriad organizations in the social and nonprofit sector.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
James Anderson is executive vice president of commercial products at Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee. In this role, he is responsible for all of Mastercard’s products and programs targeted at business users – including Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Travel and Entertainment programs, virtual card solutions for Accounts Payables and a set of new Business to Business products under development.
Before taking on his current role, James served as executive vice president of digital payment products, leading three initiatives; Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES), Masterpass and the API platform.
He has spent his career at the intersection of mobile, payment and internet technologies in Product Development, Business Development and General Management roles.
James holds an MBA from Columbia University and received a bachelor’s degree in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Oxford.

Jennifer Erickson is the Executive Vice President of Communications at Mastercard and a member of the company's management committee. She is passionate about using innovative and authentic people-centric storytelling to advance the company's objectives.
Across the globe, her team activates a multi-platform approach to protect and enhance the company's reputation, highlight Mastercard's differentiated products and services, and inspire its 20,000+ employees.
Jennifer joined Mastercard in 2019 from General Electric, where she served as chief communications officer, playing a pivotal role in leading the communications function while also protecting and enhancing the company's reputation through a period of significant transformation.
Prior to GE, she spent more than 15 years at Motorola, serving as vice president of global communications before being elevated to chief communications officer for Motorola Mobility when its consumer and professional businesses were split into two companies.
Throughout her 20+ year career, Jennifer has demonstrated a proven track record in developing and executing large-scale, business-building public relations strategies and critical, crisis management programs.
Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Roosevelt University.
Jennifer Rademaker is executive vice president of global customer delivery for Mastercard. In this role, she is responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of the company’s products and services worldwide to issuers, acquirers, merchants and other partners. Jennifer serves on the company’s management committee.
Prior to assuming this role in 2017, Jennifer was responsible for customer delivery, expert sales, and prepaid account management in the United States and Canada. Earlier in her tenure, she led the management, development and commercialization of consumer and commercial products for Mastercard Europe, as well as roles in strategy and development.
She brings more than 30 years of global experience in payments and financial services, with positions at Experian, American Express, and First USA/Bank One. Her background includes credit underwriting, product pricing and profitability, analysis and modeling, marketing and product management. Before joining Mastercard in 2007, Jennifer was the chief credit officer at African Bank in South Africa. She is also the author of a comic book series published in South Africa that educates children on good financial habits and life skills.
Jennifer serves on the board of directors at Fair4All Finance and at ICM Mobility Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Science in statistics from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in statistics from Iowa State University.
Jorn Lambert is Chief Digital Officer at Mastercard, and a member of the company’s management committee; he leads the Digital Consumer Solutions organization, inclusive of Mastercard’s consumer, digital, labs, acceptance and customer experience capabilities.
In this role, Jorn is responsible for the company’s digital strategy, delivering seamless, secure and differentiated solutions for the digital consumer and merchant, managing the platforms powering these solutions, forging partnerships with technology players, fintechs and digital partners, and future-proofing the payments ecosystem.
In his previous role as Executive Vice President, Digital Solutions, Jorn oversaw the company’s platforms and partnerships in the digital space, including operating systems, device manufacturers, telcos, wallet operators and social networks, as well as the regional teams who deployed Mastercard Emerging Payment products across the world.
Before taking on these global roles, he served as Group Head for the Emerging Payment Products for European markets, including e-commerce, mobile commerce, person-to-person payments and contactless payments
Prior to joining the company in 2002, Jorn spent many years in the capital markets where he occupied various management positions in the areas of product development, product management and corporate strategy.
Jorn has a degree in Roman Philology at the University of Ghent and La Sapienza in Rome, Italy, and a post-graduate degree in business economics from the University of Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.
Kevin Stanton is chief transformation officer at Mastercard, leading a team that assesses changing economic and global trends such as localization and nationalism, consider the impact on traditional business models and help shape the company’s strategy for the future. He serves on the company’s management committee.
Prior to assuming this role, Kevin was chief services officer, responsible for the company’s overall global strategy for services which covers capabilities ranging from analytics and consulting, to innovation and loyalty and engagement services.
For seven years, Kevin was the president of Mastercard Advisors and prior to joining that division, he served as president of the company's Canada region for six years. During this time, he initiated its evolution from a credit company to a payments company, establishing Mastercard as the fastest growing payments brand in Canada. Kevin has also served as Mastercard senior vice president, strategy and market development for the Canada Region, and vice president, senior counsel and North America region counsel.
Before joining Mastercard, Kevin practiced law as an associate in the banking divisions of a number of leading Boston law firms.
Kevin holds a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a supporter of Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children, The Royal Conservatory of Music, Royal St. George's College and the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Kush Saxena is executive vice president of U.S. merchants and acceptance for Mastercard. In this role, he manages U.S. merchants and acquirers, pricing and interchange, and business developments efforts for co-brand, prepaid, commercial, transit, healthcare and the public sector. In addition, Kush will also coordinate merchant activities across the globe and serves on the company’s management committee.
Prior to this role, he was chief technology officer of markets and transformation, where he oversaw market-facing technology and operations teams, global technology hubs (delivery centers), strategic program management for all Product and Market technology programs, Technology M&A and enterprise wide technology transformation.
Kush joined Mastercard in 2014 as executive vice president of strategy, corporate development and M&A. In this role, he was responsible for working with executive management, business units and regions to develop long-term strategies for the company and drive Mastercard’s competitive edge within the global payment industry. He was also responsible for pursuing strategic partnerships and investments.
Before joining Mastercard, Kush worked at H&R Block, where he held a number of roles, including chief strategy officer and general manager for the U.S. retail business. Prior to his work with H&R Block, he was an associate partner with McKinsey & Company, in both the New York and Mumbai, India offices.
Kush received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Gujarat University and a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering, with a concentration in Economics and Finance, from Stanford University’s School of Engineering.
Linda Kirkpatrick is president of North America for Mastercard, overseeing the company's customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada, including sales, business development, strategy and relationship management with issuers, merchants, digital partners, governments and acquirers. She sits on the company’s management committee.
Linda brings a broad understanding and appreciation of broad customer needs across one of the company’s most competitive and developed regions. Prior to this role, she served as president of U.S. issuers, managing and expanding the company’s partnerships and business with banks and credit unions. Linda also led the team responsible for managing merchant and acquirer relationships in the market, as well as business development efforts in co-brand, prepaid, commercial, transit, healthcare and public sector.
Since joining the company in 1997, Linda has held several leadership roles, including overseeing global rules and standards, compliance programs and dispute resolution management functions, in addition to working on Mastercard’s initial public offering in 2006 and merger with Europay in 2002.
Linda was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at Manhattanville College, a member of the Partnership for NYC’s David Rockefeller Fellows Program, a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of New York and a member of the New York Transit Innovation Partnership Board.

In his capacity as co-president for Asia Pacific at Mastercard, Ling Hai oversees all the company’s activities in the region, including business strategy, sales, business development, product management, marketing, and engagements with business customers and regulators. He is also a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Prior to his current role, Ling Hai was group executive, head of Enterprise Development for Mastercard based in London. Between 2010 and 2014, he served as division president of Greater China, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Ling Hai is a Chairman of Mastercard-NUCC, a joint venture company in bankcard switching headquartered in Beijing. He is an officer of Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd which is a member of Cuscal Limited, as well as a director of the Board of Cuscal Limited. He also serves as a trustee on The College of Saint Rose Board of Trustees. In addition, he is a senior advisory board member of CDIB Capital International, an investment company and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and Fellow of its China Fellowship Program.
Ling Hai graduated from the College of Saint Rose in New York and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Mark Barnett is President of Mastercard Europe and a member of the company’s management committee since 1 June 2020. He is responsible for the overall success of the only true multi-rail payments technology company, across a region that encompasses 53 countries and serves over 950 million people through partnerships with retailers, financial institutions and businesses.
In this role, Mark leads a business focused on doing well, doing good and making people’s lives easier by delivering simple and secure ways to pay and by fostering a culture where he drives new technology and innovation to position Mastercard as the partner of choice.
Mark joined Mastercard in 2003 and has held various roles. Prior to his current role, Mark was the President of the Mastercard UK, Ireland, Nordics and Baltics Division.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the retail banking and payments industry. Most of his client work has been at board level; developing payments strategy, designing innovative new products, advising card schemes and processors, supporting government payment initiatives and implementing major transformation programs.
Mark has an MBA from Imperial College Business School, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, also from London University.
Michael Fraccaro is the chief people officer of Mastercard. In this role, he is responsible for all human resources (HR) functions globally, including driving cultural transformation, building leadership capability and creating a company that is “most valued to work for”. He is a member of the company’s management committee.
From 2012 until assuming his current role, Michael served as executive vice president of human resources for the company’s Global Products and Solutions business. In this role, he supported the company’s growth in key businesses and markets and optimized talent programs in a competitive environment. He also was responsible for leading the global HR integration of new acquisitions and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Michael was a core member of the HR leadership team at HSBC Group for nearly 12 years, based in Hong Kong. Earlier, he held senior HR positions in banking and financial services in Australia and the Middle East, working extensively across different cultures.
Michael holds a Masters of Applied Science, Communication Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Education from the Australian Catholic University. He also has accreditation in change management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and attended leadership programs at Duke Fuqua and INSEAD.
Mike Froman serves as vice chairman and president, Strategic Growth for Mastercard. In that role he is responsible for growing strategic partnerships, scaling new business opportunities and advancing the company’s efforts to partner with governments and other institutions to address major societal and economic issues. He and his team drive financial inclusion and inclusive growth efforts and work to develop new businesses key to the company’s strategic growth.
Mike is chairman of the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth and is a member of the company’s management committee.
From 2013 to 2017, Mike served as the U.S. Trade Representative, President Barack Obama’s principal advisor and negotiator on international trade and investment issues. During his tenure, Mike worked to open foreign markets for U.S. goods and services, reach landmark trade agreements and enforce the rights of American workers, farmers and firms. From 2009-2013, he served at the White House as assistant to the President and deputy national security advisor for international economic affairs.
Prior to joining the Obama Administration, Mike held several executive positions at Citigroup, including CEO of its international insurance business, COO of its alternative investments business and head of its infrastructure and sustainable development investment business. He helped shape the company’s strategy in China, India, Brazil and other emerging markets. Earlier in his career, during the Clinton Administration, he worked at the White House and the Treasury Department.
Mike is a distinguished fellow of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Walt Disney Company and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Japan Society.
Mike received a bachelor’s degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University, a doctorate in international relations from Oxford University and a law degree from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Paul Stoddart is president of New Payment Platforms for Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
In this role, he oversees the development and strategic integration of Mastercard’s real-time payments capabilities. Among these solutions are Vocalink’s account-based payments, cross-border payments, including the HomeSend joint venture, and Mastercard Send.
He also serves as executive chairman of Vocalink, a Mastercard company, having been its CEO for the previous two years.
Paul continually strives to push the boundaries of what’s possible in banking and payments, whilst recognizing the importance of performance and resilience in payment systems. In 2017, he was named chief executive officer of Vocalink following the company’s acquisition by Mastercard. Paul originally joined Vocalink as managing director, responsible for strategy, corporate development and product.
Prior to Vocalink, he was co-head of corporate finance at Barclaycard. Earlier in his career, Paul spent 12 years at RBS, where he held senior roles in Group Corporate Development, Global Transaction Services and the company’s Worldpay division.
Paul has held several non-executive director roles in UK fintech, most recently for Invitation Digital, the UK's leading digital voucher and gifting business, and currently LoyalZoo, a leading digital loyalty solution for small and medium-sized merchants. He also sits on the UK Government Department for International Trade Fintech Board.
Paul holds a Masters of Business Administration from GSM London and received a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking and insurance from Bangor University.
Raghu Malhotra is the president of Mastercard Middle East and Africa and sits on the company’s global management committee. He is responsible for driving the company’s global strategy across 69 markets and has led its transition to being a pioneer in bringing new electronic payment solutions and services to the region, spanning safety, security, data, artificial intelligence - and helping advance social progress and inclusive growth.
Under his leadership, Mastercard has expanded its collaboration with central governments and public sector authorities, partnering to enhance the region’s infrastructure and digital ecosystem. This includes developing a number of technology ‘global-firsts’ that are impacting the lives of millions of people: empowering citizens and businesses by creating interoperable mobile ecosystems; launching lending platforms which digitize and revolutionize supply chain management; bringing new levels of security to online and in-store purchases and introducing new energy and agriculture digital solutions to enable greater access and financial inclusion.
Malhotra has held a number of senior leadership roles at Mastercard, encompassing multiple geographies and functions. Prior to joining the company, he served in a variety of roles at Citicorp, American Express and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
Malhotra is a member of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry International Advisory Council. He sits on the board of directors of the US-Africa Business Center US Chamber of Commerce and INJAZ (Junior Achievement Worldwide). He also sits on the board of directors for Network International (listed on LSE) and is a member of the World Economic Forum Africa Business Council.
He has received numerous prestigious accolades, including being named among the region’s top business leaders by Forbes consecutively from 2014 to 2019.

Raj Seshadri is president of data and services at Mastercard, responsible globally for a unique range of capabilities that help customers make smarter decisions with better outcomes. These include analytics, insights, consulting, loyalty, engagement, innovation and ‘test and learn’ services. They reinforce the value of payments, enhance business performance and elevate consumer experiences for issuers, merchants, processors, acquirers and public-sector institutions.
Raj serves on the company’s management committee and originally joined Mastercard in April 2016 as president of U.S. issuers. In this role, she managed and substantially grew the company’s core business, services and partnerships with banks and credit unions in a very competitive market.
Previously, she was a managing director at BlackRock, leader of the iShares U.S. retail ETF business and the global chief marketing officer for iShares. Earlier in her career, Raj led Citigroup’s global strategy team and Citibusiness small business banking. She also held leadership roles at U.S. Trust, McKinsey & Company and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
She serves on the board of directors of Raymond James Financial Inc., the management board for the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the board of trustees of Mount Holyoke College and the global board of the American India Foundation. Raj is a member of the Partnership for New York David Rockefeller Fellows Program and has previously served as an adjunct professor at the Columbia Business School.

Raja Rajamannar is an accomplished global business executive with more than 25 years of experience, the last six of which have been in the role of Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Mastercard and President of the company’s healthcare business.
In his role as President of Healthcare, Raja has overseen the creation, development and successful scaling of Mastercard’s healthcare business across multiple regions. This is now one of the fastest growing businesses at Mastercard.
Raja joined Mastercard in 2013, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience as a global executive, managing large P&Ls and driving business transformation across multiple industries and geographies. Raja served as Chief Transformation Officer of the health insurance firm Anthem (formerly WellPoint). He helped craft the company’s new business direction and strategy, managed its $11 billion Medicare Advantage business, and led large M&A initiatives for the company. Prior to that, he also served as Chief Innovation & Marketing Officer and Chief Executive of International Operations at Humana.

Earlier in his career, Raja held a number of leadership roles during 15 years with Citigroup including Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, Citi Global Cards; Chairman and CEO, Diners Club North America; Regional Cards Director, EMEA; and Marketing & Sales Director, Citi Gulf Markets. Before that, he spent seven years with Unilever in sales and product management roles. He began his career with Asian Paints in India.

Rich Verma is the General Counsel and Head of Global Public Policy for Mastercard. In this role, he oversees the company’s law and policy functions in the United States and around the world. Rich brings over 25 years of international experience across senior levels of business, law, diplomacy and the military. He is a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Rich previously served as the U.S. Ambassador to India, where he led one of the largest U.S. diplomatic missions and championed historic progress in bilateral cooperation on defense, trade, and clean energy. He is a former Assistant Secretary of State and he also worked on Capitol Hill as the National Security Advisor to the Senate Majority Leader.
He practiced law for many years at Steptoe & Johnson in Washington D.C., and is the former Vice Chairman of The Asia Group, a leading international consulting firm. In addition, Rich is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and the recipient of a number of military awards and civilian decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal and the State Department’s Distinguished Service Award.
Rich is a Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and a trustee of Lehigh University. He serves on a number of boards and commissions, including the T. Rowe Price corporate board and the National Endowment for Democracy board of directors.
Rich holds multiple degrees, including his doctorate (Ph.D.) from Georgetown University and his law degree (J.D.) from American University.
Ron Green is chief security officer for Mastercard, where he leads a global team that ensures the safety and security of the company's network, as well as internal and external products and services. He is responsible for corporate security, security architecture and engineering, cryptographic key management, business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency management. Ron is a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Ron joined Mastercard in 2014 after serving as deputy chief information security officer at Fidelity Information Services (FIS). Prior to this position, he was director, Investigation and Protections Operations at Blackberry. Ron also served as a senior vice president across several areas at Bank of America.
He has extensive experience working with international and federal law enforcement agencies both as a special agent in the United States Secret Service and as an officer in the United States Army. With the Secret Service, Ron worked protection and fraud investigations. He was one of the first agents to receive formal training on seizing and analyzing electronic evidence, and worked on a number of international cyber-crime investigations.
Ron is currently chair of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC), and a member of the US Secret Service, Cyber Investigation Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, is a graduate of the FBI’s Domestic Security Executive Academy and holds a graduate certification in Information Assurance from George Washington University.
Sachin Mehra is the chief financial officer for Mastercard. In this position, he is responsible for corporate controller, tax, internal audit, investor relations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, global supply chain, business unit finance and regional finance activities. Sachin is also is a member of the company’s management committee
Prior to his current role, Sachin served as chief financial operations officer, responsible for the Finance organization supporting Products and Services, Operations and Technology, Corporate FP&A, Global Shared Service Center and Global Supply Chain. Before that, as executive vice president of commercial products, Sachin led commercial products and solutions for the company, serving small business, mid-and large market organizations as well as public sector institutions. Prior to that, Sachin served as executive vice president and business financial officer for the company’s North America region.
Sachin joined Mastercard in 2010 as group executive and treasurer, with responsibility for treasury strategy and operations, global settlement, customer credit risk management and enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining Mastercard, he held treasury and finance roles of increasing responsibility at the Hess Corporation, General Motors and GMAC in New York, Singapore, Belgium and Shanghai.
Sachin holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and received his undergraduate degree in commerce from Sydenham College at the University of Mumbai, India.
Tim Murphy is Chief Administrative Officer for Mastercard, overseeing the company’s Law, Franchise and Integrity activities, as well as its People and Capabilities function. He is also a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Prior to assuming this role, Tim served as the company's general counsel for seven years, helping advance Mastercard's legal and regulatory affairs, public policy, corporate governance and compliance, while also bringing a business mindset to further evolve the legal function.
Throughout his 20-plus year tenure at Mastercard, Tim has also served as Chief Product Officer, President of the company’s U.S. region, Executive Vice President of customer business planning and analysis, and Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel.
Before joining Mastercard in 2000, he was an Associate in the New York and London offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
Tim is Chair of the Board of Trustees for the National Urban League and a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern Mutual. He also sits on the boards of the U.S.-Russia Business Council and Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Legal Services Corporation’s Leaders Council, the Economic Club of New York, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
Tim was named a Legend in Law in 2018 by the Burton Foundation.
He received a JD degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a BA degree in political science from Amherst College.
