Innovation
He keep the wheels of data science greased
November 21, 2022 | By Arsalan DanishThe People Powering Our Tech is a video series featuring Mastercard employees who help fuel the company’s innovation. This time, we meet Vilandas Sukutis, a customer experience and engagement analyst based in the company’s Dublin Tech Hub who applies the art of automation to data science projects: “If I do my work, people don’t notice me.”
Sukutis interned at Mastercard while attending Dublin City University and joined the company after graduation in 2020. “As a junior, I get so much more opportunities to take on bigger projects that I wouldn’t anywhere else. Being someone who just came back to Mastercard after graduating, I didn’t have that much experience, but I was still given the opportunity to work on real impactful projects.”
